At Tich Bear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with returns and refunds.
Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Certain items such as discounted or sale products may not be eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, some categories may also be excluded.
If you receive a wrong size, color, or damaged item, we offer an exchange for the same product or a product of equal value. Exchanges are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued only if the product is returned in its original condition and meets our return requirements. Refunds are processed through bank transfer or the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
To request a return or exchange, contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Our team will guide you on how to send the product back through courier. Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
